Was very pleased that this item arrived on time, even though it was just a few days before Christmas that I ordered it! My 4 year old niece was thrilled with this puzzle!

This set of 4 puzzles is lovely! Each nests nicely inside the wooden box, and can be set up on the slide-out lid which helps young children see where the boundary of the puzzle should be. There are stickers on two sides of the box with images of what the puzzles should look like, and especially helpful, each puzzle has a shape on each piece so you know which puzzle the piece goes to (in case you take all 4 apart in the box). We keep ours neatly done in the box so far. The 12 piece wood jugsaw puzzle is great for beginners who are moving on from simpler wood puzzles yet not ready for a flimsier cardboard puzzle. The images are sweet and this set is very enjoyed. The only surprise for me was the small size. I did not look to see it is only 8 x 5.5 x 2 inches for the box making each puzzle about 8x5. It is still really nice and the smaller size makes it easy to store, good for travel, and more challenging with the smaller pieces reading children for the next step in jigsaw puzzles. This is a great esteem booster for beginners!

Beautiful and high quality Sep 11, 2008
This is a beautiful and high quality set of puzzles. My 2 year old son loves to put together theses 12 piece puzzles again and again. They are so high quality that I imagine I will be getting them out for my grandchildren to play with. A great value, whether or not you are a big fan of Elsa Beskow as I am.
